work-flow.biz is using a program called Mailman to create an e-mail based customer support and discussion forum for users. You can post questions, answer other users' questions, share tips and tricks, and leverage each others' knowledge.

To subscribe to the work-flow.biz customer support forum:

  1. Send a blank e-mail to: discuss-join@work-flow.biz
  2. The program will send back an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription. You can either reply to the e-mail or click on the hyperlink in the body of the e-mail.
  3. The program will send you a "Welcome" e-mail once you have confirmed your subscription.

To send a question or comment to the forum, once you have subscribed, send an e-mail to: discuss@work-flow.biz.

To unsubscribe from the forum, from the e-mail account you subscribed with, send an e-mail to: discuss-leave@work-flow.biz.

If you are getting more e-mails from the customer support forum than you would like, you can create a mail rule in Outlook that automatically directs them into a folder.
In Outlook 2007: Tools > Rules and Alerts > E-mail Rules > New Rule... > and follow the wizard.
