work-flow.biz has checks in place so that, say, due to a miscommunication or a disgruntled employee, a company can't unintentionally delete its account, users, projects, tasks, and data.

work-flow.biz needs two things from a company to delete its account:

1. An e-mail from the e-mail address of the person listed as president of the company stating they want to delete their work-flow.biz account
2. The reason why you are terminating your account with the form below

The account will be disabled, no employees will be able to use it, and the company will not be billed.

Thirty days from the day the above form is submitted, work-flow.biz will delete the company and its users, projects and tasks (all of its data) from the database.

The company can contact work-flow.biz during the 30 day disabled period and reactive its account if so desired.

This system of checks protects the customer's data from extremely costly decision or destructive action.
